Begin to experience art - before you even enter the museum doors! MAG’s Centennial Sculpture Park is an artistic urban oasis for Rochester that is always open and free. It's a spectacular gathering spot in the heart of the Neighborhood of the Arts and a destination for Rochesterians and visitors alike. 

Inside the museum, journey through 5,000 years of the world's great art. Enjoy our comprehensive permanent collection (including masterworks by artists such as Monet, Cezanne, Matisse, and Homer), changing exhibitions, and the only antique Italian Baroque organ in North America.

Throughout the year, Celebration Days feature kid-friendly hands-on art activities, music and dance demonstrations, storytelling, and cultural displays. Visit our "Programs & Events" section for upcoming dates. Shopping at THE STORE @ MAG and dining at Brown Hound Downtown complete the experience.

MAG is open Wednesday-Sunday, 11 am-5 pm, Thursdays, and second Fridays of the month until 8 pm. Closed major holidays.
