Hector Hideaway is a Farm-to-Table Restaurant and Bar located in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail nestled upon vast vineyards in Hector, NY. We are on the same property as the previously established Vineyard Villas vacation rentals. Our menu changes seasonally to coincide with the local crops and farm products. We purchase from as many local businesses as possible in order to support our community! We have a full-service bar serving up craft cocktails and local wine, beer, ciders, and spirits. All beverages are sourced from the Finger Lakes area and you won’t find anything from outside of New York State. Whether you’re from near or far, come visit us to TASTE THE FINGER LAKES!
