Ithaca Ballet WinterDance 2022 at the Hangar
The Ithaca Ballet WinterDance 2022 will be performed at the Hangar Saturday, February 17th at 7:30pm.
The WinterDance features contemporary ballet and dance at its finest, with works by at least three contemporary choreographers.
Maria Valencia Alvarez with “Red Thread” danced by soloists and senior dancers of the Ithaca Ballet to music by Nathan Lanier, the Irrepressibles and Kris Bowers.
Tucker Davis and Kara Skrubis will be performing original pieces danced by soloist and senior dancers of the Ithaca Ballet. There will also be a historic piece from the Larry Brantley archives.
Ithaca Ballet, under the direction of Cindy Reid, is Upstate New York’s only repertory company. They have been performing the WinterDance at the Hangar Theatre since 2016.
