ABOUT THE BEER
For the second release of the Parting Glass barrel-age program, we aged an old favorite, Instruments of Darkness. It's an Imperial Milk Stout brewed with roasted Fuego coffee beans and chocolate malts, aged in Iron Smoke bourbon barrels for a rich, roasted, oaky flavor. At 10% ABV, it's the perfect slow-sipper to wind down with after the hectic holidays. Contains lactose and caffeine.
