Buttonwood Grove Releases New Wines!

Buttonwood Grove is proud to introduce the newest additions to our wine list!
Tuesday is a delightful sparkling blend of Riesling, Cayuga White, and Melody grapes.  Not-too-dry and not-too-sweet, it's just right for celebrating every day of the week.  Why "Tuesday"?  Why not!
Adding to our selection of fine dry reds is the new 2017 Big Red Blend.  Using Cabernet Franc and Lemberger grapes sourced from the Cornell vineyards, it was aged in French Oak for 15 months, and is bursting with bold berry and pepper flavors.  A portion of the proceeds from each bottle will be donated to the Finger Lakes Grape Program for continuing grape research and development in our region.  Go Big Red!
Our 2018 Fumé Blanc is an elegant dry white wine crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes.  Sourced from our Big Hollow Block vineyard and Hobbit Hollow Farms on Skaneateles Lake, 65% of the grapes were processed in our new large format Garbellotto French oak fermenter, with the remainder in stainless steel tanks.  The two styles were then blended to create a complex wine full of vibrant melon and grapefruit flavors, with just a hint of oak in the aroma.
