This stately Second Empire Victorian on five peaceful acres, located only 1.5 miles from the north end of Canandaigua Lake, provides five guests or suites which feature romantic gas fireplaces and private baths, some with whirlpool tubs and chandeliers. 

Enjoy our elegant yet comfortable Victorian parlor, or relax on the patio under our 200 year old copper beech tree while sipping the wine you just discovered.  Included with your stay is a grand three course gourmet breakfast with fresh house-made baked goods. 

There are many amenities for guests, as well as complimentary hot and cold beverages and snacks availiable at all times.  We are uniquely situated to accomodate guests who trailer a small boat or sport vehicle, and we have secure storage for bicycles and other equipment. 

Intimate weddings, bridal and baby shower teas, family gatherings and other events can all be held on our property.
