Cosentino's Ristorante

Mangia Bene!

In 1978, Joe and Marylou Cosentino opened Uncle Joe’s Pizza. Their reputation for delicious, freshly made pizzas and subs helped the business grow quickly. Soon the one room pizzeria flourished into a full-service restaurant. In 1996 Joe and Marylou branched out and opened a second Geneva location, Nonna Cosentino’s Trattoria. They served the same homemade tomato sauce, hand rolled meatballs and fresh Italian bread that made in Uncle Joe’s famous. Nonna’s gave them an opportunity to provide more of their signature quality, consistency and friendly atmosphere with a wider variety of Italian cuisine.

Enter – the next generation. The oldest of Joe and Marylou’s six children, Bill, his wife Nancy and their son Dominick found themselves living and working in Motta Sant’ Anastasia, Italy for five years. During their time there they formed a love for the families and friends they met as well as the rich and varied Italian culture of the region. When Bill retired, they came home to Geneva and ventured into the restaurant business to carry on the family tradition that Joe and Marylou started so many years ago.

Today, the name has changed a bit but their customers can still expect the same quality and consistency. They welcome you and hope you find Cosentino’s Ristorante to be a delicious experience for you and your family.
