These words from winery owner Beth Milliken sum up the value of the Slow Wine Guide USA: a manifestation of the Slow Wine movement started in the 1980s to promote “good, clean and fair wines.” For the 2025 Slow Wine USA Guide, Laura Winter Falk was asked to take over the mantle as the New York State Coordinator. She reviewed a total of 17 wineries from the Finger Lakes and Long Island for inclusion for this year’s guide. During this exclusive presentation, Laura will present a wine each from six of the featured wineries.
