OUTLET 111 - Dancing Witches of the Southern Tier

The Witches are back with their spooky songs and killer dance moves! Please arrive by 6:00 to get good spots. The witches will begin their 20 minute performance at 6:15. What a fun way to kick off trick-or-treating! We loved seeing all of your costumes last year and can't wait to see them this year!

All of the witches are volunteers who share a love of Halloween and who once a year, invest hours of their time starting in August, to learn dances, to practice together, to prepare costumes, and to become the grand spectacle of witches the public now enjoys!
