The beverages & wines will be thoughtfully paired with dishes by Chef Max Spittler & inspired by our Beverage Director Brian & General Manager Ashley's trip to Madeira, PT last year. Brian & Ashley were energized by the delicious food & hospitality scene they experienced on the mountainous Atlantic island & are excited to bring a taste of that here to the Finger Lakes.
