NASCAR's biggest stars come to your backyard on August 9-12, 2012. Don't miss Marcos Ambrose's return to The Glen to try and reclaim his throne! It is a four-day weekend full of action, including the featured NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday. The GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series and NASCAR Nationwide races provide a not-to-be missed double header on Saturday.
There is a variety of options to watch the race and get the best views of all of the action. All grandstands have a Sprint Vision large-screen television views. The McDonald’s Family grandstand is a great option for our fans looking for a non-smoking, alcohol-free experience. General Admission is also available providing fans the opportunity to view from several locations throughout the facility.
Tickets for Kids and Teens 18 years of age and under start at just $20 for a four-day weekend admission. General admission tickets start at $65 while a reserved grandstand seat may be purchased for just $90. Camping throughout the infield is also available. MONTHLY WINE SERIES EVENT - LET'S GET COOKING: A FARM TO TABLE WINE & COOKING ADVENTURE
Let's Get Cooking: A Farm-to-Table Wine & Cooking Adventure is an intimate, one-of-a-kind culinary wine tour, where you will immerse yourself in the bounty of the Finger Lakes and create your own Finger Lakes meal from the ground up!
This tour features:
*Winemaker tank and barrel sampling at either Sheldrake Point Vineyards or Red New Winery.
*Farm experience such as cheese-making tour and cheese tasting at Lively Run Goat Dairy, where you will sample varieties of French-style Chevre, Mediterranean-styled Feta, and their unique Cayuga Blue.
*Three-hour cooking class and meal experience with regional celebrity chef Samantha Buyskes, of Simply Red Events, where you will prepare, demonstrate and enjoy a regionally inspired three-course meal featuring the cheese and wines experienced earlier in the tour.
