Dickens Christmas in Skaneateles Returns November 23

Brett Norsworthy, of Wolcott, N.Y., had become a real-life Scrooge. “If it hadn’t been for my children, I never would have celebrated the holiday,” he recalls.  
 
Then, in 2000, he, his wife, Fran, and their four daughters and son, Duke, became the Cratchit family in the cast of Dickens Christmas in Skaneateles.

Opening Reception to Celebrate New Mural with Corning Area Youth Center

CORNING, NY – On Tuesday, November 20, 2012, the Rockwell Museum of Western Art will host an opening reception to celebrate the completion of the “Garden of the Spirit” mural done by students of the Corning Area Youth Center.  Students’ will present their designs and writings which will be on display.  A short documentary film and photographs of the project will be shown and refreshments will be served. The renowned Canberra International Riesling Challenge (CIRC) in Canberra, Australia awarded a silver medal and gave a 90 point rating to Hosmer's 2011 Dry Riesling.
